Summary of Patrol
This was the 2nd patrol of the 2023/2024 year. This patrol took place in over the last 7 days of November.
Weather seen at time of patrol
A major storm took place November 27 & 28th. Some properties were inspected a second time after the winter storm. Power was out November 29th in the evening for a few hours. We got to most of the properties after the storm, even if they were patrolled before the storm.
General comments
This patrol had no incidents. There was one courtesy call made regarding a fallen tree at one property.
Incidents
It should be noted that for every incident, the patrollers identify the issue as best they can, take pictures, contact the owners, and, if requested, sends photos to the owners. All of the information is kept/saved both by the patroller and by the Association.
