Winter Patrol 2024/2025
Summary of Patrol #9
This patrol was done mid March.
Spring seems to be in the air — the temperatures have become milder and the snow is going away — even a lot faster than most of us expected.
There were two incidents found with this patrol (details below).

It should be noted that for every incident, the patrollers identify the issue as best they can, take pictures, contact the owners, and, if requested, sends photos to the owners. All of the information is kept/saved both by the patroller and by the Association.
Incident #6
A carport for a property on Huron Road collapsed likely from from excessive snow. The homeowners were called and an email was sent to the homeowners with pictures.
Incident #7
A laundry pole for a property on Tuscarora Road was damaged from excessive snow that had fallen from the roof. The homeowners were called and an email was sent to the homeowners with pictures.
